Variable Credit Courses with Zero Billable Credits Option
Specific Course Information
A limited number of variable-credit courses allow students to register for required coursework and earn the credit but not be billed for taking a credit overload. These specific courses are pre-approved when the course schedule is created each term.
If a student is enrolling in one of the zero-billable option courses below AND doing so will create an overload in their schedule (enrollment in greater than 18 credits per semester = overload), they should register using the Override Request Form* and select the course overload option.
*The override form becomes available to students as their registration window opens overrides should be requested only when a student is unable to register for courses during their regular registration window.
