Registration Priority
HOW ARE REGISTRATION TIMES DETERMINED?
Registration days are assigned to cohort groups (entry year at CSB/SJU). We then assign registration times within each cohort by credit ranges—both earned, including transfer and AP credits, and registered credits (reflected as “Credits Applied” in Degree Works).
NOTE: Students will receive a personal email notification that indicates their registration date and time.
A student’s cohort group is the group of students who began college in the same year.
COHORTS
- Senior: 2021-2022 academic year
- Junior: 2022-2023 academic year
- Sophomore: 2023-2024 academic year
- First-year: 2024-2025 academic year
TRANSFER STUDENTS:
We approximate cohort groups based on credit ranges. We then assign times within each cohort group by number of “Credits Applied”, earned and registered combined.
REGISTRATION PINS:
Pins are sent to the primary advisor for every student. These registration pins will be sent to advisors next week. Students must visit with their advisor to obtain their individually assigned pin number.
